Online shop order
In principle, the general terms and conditions (GTC) apply. By sending the order for goods in the online shop, the customer submits a binding order that he can no longer change. After receipt of the customer's order via the online shop at shredbuddy.ch, an automatic order confirmation is sent to the customer. This order confirmation by email does not constitute acceptance of the customer's binding order and no contract is concluded. A contract is only concluded when the goods ordered by the customer have been delivered. Until delivery to the customer, the seller remains free to refuse goods orders in whole or in part, with or without giving reasons, and not to deliver. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately and any consideration already received will be reimbursed by shredbuddy.ch as quickly as possible.
The prices in the online shop are in Swiss Francs (CHF), include the applicable statutory value added tax and include any shipping costs in Switzerland, excluding shipping costs in foreign countries. The respective price at the time of the order applies.
If the goods are sold out, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and issue a refund.
Delivery times
The information on the delivery times of goods within the order process in the online shop are non-binding and can be changed by Shred Buddy at any time, even after receipt of the customer's order or after the automatic order confirmation has been sent by email. In the case of orders for goods that are received on weekends, public holidays or bridging days, delivery within the specified delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Defects
The customer must check the ordered goods for any defects immediately after they have been delivered by the carrier. Notices of defects must be made immediately, but no later than 10 days after delivery of the goods, by the customer both to the carrier and to Shred Buddy.
Returns
The customer can return the goods if an article is defective. Returns of articles are at the expense of the customer. Please note: Shred buddy will not accept unpaid parcels and will return them to the sender at the sender's expense. The date of dispatch is decisive for meeting the deadline.
